Aquaculture: Farming the Waters
Project Details: Aquaculture Exhibitions, Ingenium (2021 & 2022)
In 2021 I was hired by Ingenium to write a permanent exhibit about aquaculture for the Canada Agriculture and Food Museum. The exhibit takes visitors on a journey to learn more about the culture and history of fish, shellfish, and seaweed farming in Canada. In late 2022 I was hired to write the corresponding travelling exhibit.
